Reaching that place
Where the words
Simply
Fall of the edge
Disappearing
Off the face
Of the page
Where the blank
Slate of paper
Transforms
Into a motion picture
A story playing
In the mind
Eliminating
The delusion
Of reading
Reaching that place
Where the words
Simply
Convert into images
A world colored
In infrareds
Kaleidoscopic,
Iridescent hues
Where the body
Fades from awareness
Consumed by
Mental imagery
Generating reality in
Another dimension
Within which
Confiscates
The illusion
Of script
Reaching that place
Where the words
Simply
Become the tools
Costumed to create
A world experienced
Through heightened senses
Lifelike situations
Where the veins
Filled with adrenaline
Rushing like liquid
Blue lightning
Velocity quicker
Than the speed
Of light
Illuminating
The authority
Of words
